A city widget shows one city drawn as its skyline, lit for the time of day, with an optional weekday and date. The World Clocks widget shows the cities you choose on the Home Screen or the Lock Screen.

No accounts. No ads. No tracking.
Tempus doesn’t know who you are and doesn’t want to. Your clocks are stored on your device and, if you turn on iCloud, in your own private iCloud database — never on our servers, because we don’t have any. Weather comes from Apple Weather for the cities you add, never for your location.

More room for every time zone.
Tempus is a native iPad app, not a stretched-up phone screen. Your clocks sit in a sidebar and stay there while City Detail — skyline, weather, sunrise and sunset — fills the pane beside them. Time Converter and Meeting Finder open in that same detail column, so a full day of overlap finally has the width it needs. Portrait or landscape, iPad Pro or iPad mini, the split holds its shape and your selection stays put.

Your cities, in one view
Drag the time on the horizon and the sun and moon move with it. Open the Clocks overview on iPad, or pick any date in Time Converter.
A clearer rhythm to the day
Sky uses green for working hours, amber outside working hours, red for sleeping before midnight, and blue after midnight. Your saved working hours still decide each status, and the other palettes are still here.
Two ways to keep control
System Toolbar and Floating Glass both use the new design. Choose the style that suits you under Settings › Controls.

How do I add a clock?
Tap + on the clock list, search for a city, then optionally give it a custom name, emoji and color.
How do I convert a time?
Open Time Converter, choose a source clock and time, or drag the scrubber. All your clocks update together.
How does the Meeting Finder work?
Pick two or more clocks, set working hours for each, and Tempus shows the windows where everyone is available. Tap a slot to add it to your calendar or share an .ics invite.
What are profiles?
Profiles are named sets of your clocks, such as Work or Family. Tap the title on iPhone, or use the sidebar on iPad, to switch between a profile and All; Manage Profiles creates and edits them. A city can be in several profiles, and deleting a profile keeps its cities. Switch between the people and places that matter to you.
How do reminders work?
A reminder is a time in a city’s own clock. Set 9:00 in Tokyo and Tempus alerts you when it is 9:00 in Tokyo, whatever time it is where you are. Anchor it to the city or to your own time, repeat it daily or on chosen weekdays, or set a single date. Reminders can be labelled and paused, and you can turn alerts off per device under Settings › Reminders. Use the city’s time wherever you happen to be.
What shows in the Dynamic Island?
Pick a reference city and Tempus can keep it on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, with its current time and how far ahead or behind you it is. A countdown also appears before a reminder is due. The session runs for up to eight hours, and you can stop it from the expanded view at any time.
Do reminders sync between my devices?
Yes. Reminders sync through iCloud alongside your clocks and profiles, so one set on your iPhone shows up on your iPad. Whether a given device actually alerts you is separate: each one has its own Settings › Reminders › Alert on This Device switch, and that switch never syncs.
Why don't I see weather?
Weather is optional. Turn it on in Settings › Weather. It needs an internet connection and is provided by Apple Weather for the cities you added, never for your location.
My clocks are not syncing to my Apple Watch.
Make sure both devices are signed into the same iCloud account and that the watch app is installed. Opening Tempus on the iPhone triggers an immediate sync to the watch.
Can I use Tempus on iPad or Mac?
iPad, yes — Tempus is a native iPad app with a clock sidebar, City Detail beside it, keyboard shortcuts and pointer support. There is no separate Mac app.
